Can You Give Us a Hand?
 
Our Summer BBQ will be held on Saturday, July 28th, and we need your help! The event is staffed entirely by volunteers. If you can help us out in any way, we would really appreciate it. It's a lot of fun working together at this event and we hope you will be able to join us.

I've listed the various jobs we need help with. If you find something you would like to sign up for, please send me an email or give me a call. My contact information is listed at the bottom of this page.

(The working copy of this sheet which I will be keeping at home will have the volunteers' contact numbers on it. The contact info will be left off this online webpage for security reasons.)

AUDIO VISUAL: Set up the projector, screen, & mic well before the program; test to be sure they work. Dismantle AV equipment after the program & see that it gets put away.
