Shift Coverage Schedule Calendar |

Hi
Everyone,
I would like to announce that the 2010 Nesting Season section
of the Sea and Sage Website is up and running. Nancy Kenyon
has done a fabulous job (again) incorporating general project
information as well as a new Shift Coverage Schedule Calendar
for the volunteer monitors.
She has come up with a solution for us so that monitors can
look at detailed, monthly calendars to see which shifts are
covered and which are not covered. She will also take your
name off of shifts when you will be away so someone can fill
in if they want. As you will see, our calendar is very full
- much to the delight of David Pryor. This is our best year
ever as far as shift coverage and access to these calendars
will help to fill in empty shifts where needed.
To find the calendar go to www.seaandsageaudubon.org
and scroll down to the Least Tern/Snowy Plover Project and
then to the 2010 Nesting Season.
You may want to bookmark the shift calendars or save in “favorites”,
for quick access.
If you will be missing your shift for vacation, or whatever
reason, or you want to take any of the empty shifts, please
notify Nancy Kenyon at
as well as me at
Nancy will be keeping the calendars updated on the website.
She will also be adding photographs as the season progresses,
so please send those to me so I will have them for incorporation
into the end-of-the-year slide show. I will forward some to
Nancy for the website.
A big thanks to Nancy and to all of you for participating
in helping the Terns and Plovers.
