Regional
Parks Bird List
This
is an on-going project for the purpose of setting up
new bird lists for each of Orange County's Regional
Parks. If you are interested in assisting us with this
project, please contact Nancy Kenyon by email at
or by phone at 949-786-3160. The following parks
have one person already monitoring them; more people
are definitely needed in order to properly cover all
the areas. (There are many other parks within
the county which also need someone to monitor their
birds.) |

Christmas
Bird Counts
Sea
& Sage conducts 3 Christmas Bird Counts; two
counts are on Sundays and one is on Saturday. The 1st
count covers the coastal & inland areas of the southern
end of Orange County; the 2nd count covers the inland
section of northern and central Orange County; and the
3rd count covers the coastal areas of northern and central
Orange County. Full information on these counts can
be found on the CBC page. (please click
here for the link.) Birders of all levels are always
needed to help us conduct these counts. We hope you
will join us! |
